1. What type of services do we do?
– End of tenacy cleaning
– Carpet cleaning

2. How can I book?

3. How long in advance can I book?
– Usually we would need one day notice, but we also do immediate cleanings.
4. Can I cancel the cleaning?
– Yes, you can cancel the cleaning 48 hours prior the booking. If you cancel within 48 hours before the booking, a cancelation fee of £50 is required. A cancelation fee is required if you are not able to provide access to the property.
5. Do you offer a guarantee?
– Yes, we offer a 24 hour guarantee on our End of tenancy booking, and if you are not happy with the service we would come back to re-clean it. The guarantee is valid only if the property was vacant during and after the cleaning.
6. What tools are you using?
– We are using the most advanced Prochem machines for carpet and upholstery cleaning and professional cleaning solutions and detergents only.
7. When do I have to pay?
– If you pay cash you can pay after the cleaning is done.
– If you pay by bank transfer, we would need the payment to be arranged before cleaning
8. Are walls included in the end of tenancy cleaning?
– Wall are not included in the cleaning package, but if you would like we could clean them for extra charge
9. Do you clean the windows on the outer side?
– We clean the windows on the outer side only if its reachable and safe.
